Brother (Bronze Edition)

This bronze sculpture is the first cast I created from my original stone bear Brother, reduced in scale to bring a new dimension to the piece. The bear’s form carries the same quiet strength and grounded presence as the larger original, its contours flowing with both weight and grace. Each curve and plane reflects the dialogue between instinct and design, translating the essence of the wild into a lasting work of art.

Finished with an Italian black patina, the bronze surface reveals warm highlights along the edges, allowing light to accentuate its sculptural depth. This edition marks an important milestone in my artistic journey, bridging stone and metal while preserving the spirit of the original. It stands as a piece that is both contemporary and timeless — a companion to collectors who value strength, endurance, and the subtle poetry of form.
